Returning of products

• Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a standard order and start the return process.
• For secure orders, the withdrawal and return mechanism must be initiated within 365 days.
• In the case of guaranteed products, you have 1 year from the date of receipt to request a return.

• The customer may return the product in an appropriate, preferably in the original packaging.
• The package can be handed over to a forwarding agent selected by yourself for returning, or you can utilize one of the parcel delivery service providers available at our disposal.
• The returning mechanism takes place as follows, if the customer chooses a delivery service provider working with us:
  1. Click on the point “Product returning and payback” at the bottom of the page
  2. Enter the CIP code in the shown field
     • where you ordered the package to be delivered
     • Enter the order number of your package
  3. In your account select the product to be returned. Select the mode of returning the package to us.
  4. Check the accurate location where the package will be taken over (by default, the delivery address will be entered here).
  5. If you selected our parcel delivery service, then then you have to pay the cost of transporting the package.
  6. For the payment we guide you to the payment portal you selected, where you can pay be indicated sum.

• The product has to be returned in its original packaging.
• All the goods in the original packaging shall be included.
• The product shall be free of damage.
• The product must not be installed.
• The option of secure ordering allows only one return for each order.

We will inspect the part thoroughly after receiving it from you. Subject to the compliance with the above conditions, we will replace the product with new part, or repay the money depending on your choice. The conditions of secure ordering are not valid for oversized goods and are neither valid for formerly replaced parts. In addition to that, the conditions of Secure ordering are not valid for other products within the same order, for which this option was not activated.
